Is Vitamin D too good to be true?

Grassroots Health Organization has put together a public health program called Vitamin D-Action for the purpose of enabling everyone to take action today based on what's known to solve the vitamin D deficiency epidemic, and to start the prevention of many diseases.

"We now have a scientific panel of 30 very respected scientists
from all over the country who have said. "I agree"
on what the blood serum level of vitamin D should be."

In this video, Grassroots Health speaker Tracey O'Connor gives a lengthy presentation about exciting new research that describes how vitamin D can be used to prevent breast cancer -- as well as infectious diseases, type 1 diabetes, hypertension, colon cancer, and falls in the elderly.
