My husband took Lunesta for sleep problems and I decided to purchase this for him since it is a natural product.  And it works just as good or better than Lunesta   He is sold on it.

It worked pretty well the first couple of nights.  After that it did not seem to work as well.

 ok- to good is what i would rate this product because I find it inconsistant. sometimes it works well and other times not so well. This according to my husband who uses the product. I bought this product about 5 years ago in effort to help him not to be reliant on prescription sleep aids for his sleeplessness. I have reordered it from then on. So fair to give it an overall good rating in my opinion since he hasn 't been taking any prescription sleep aids since we found sleep link.
