I have taken this product [MagChlor] and Mag Link, for a few years now. I can tell a major difference. I am out now and I need it! I take 2 Mag link in the AM and 2 before bed with my calcium. I sleep so soundly. I have RA and Fibromyalgia and this helps me to feel better. I recommend to anyone suffering chronic illness. It is so worth it I found Dr. Sahley 's site when I was desperate for relief of pain and suffering. She is a gift from God to us.
