I am trying to stop drinking too much alcohol, and if I am having the right quantity of Brain Link I do not have any desire to drink.  If I miss some ... I start to notice that I am wanting to drink again.

I 'm sure this is a good product as far as quality is concerned, but I hate mixing powders. Furthermore, I bought this to give to a seven year old and she doesn't like it, no matter what liquid I mixed it in. I started giving it in applesauce which was better, but she still had to force it down. I have since taught her to swallow pills and now I give her HTP10.

Brain Link helps restore damage to the neurotransmitters in my brain due to the pain meds I have to take. In a strawberry smoothie, it 's tasteless. Never a day goes by without a perk up with Brain Link.

I always had trouble sleeping until I started using Brain Link. Now I enjoy a restful sleep and am alert throughout the day. I work at the airport and have to deal with flight schedules and passengers so I need to be alert to my duties. Brain Link was the answer for me.
