RETURNS

For returns, we require preauthorization.  You may return "unopened bottles" to Pain & Stress Center Products within 30 days of invoice.  We do not offer refunds on products that have been opened.

We charge a 20% restocking/handling fee for product returns less shipping.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  Call 1-800-669-2256 for an authorization number.

Shipping Information

Shipping NOTE: We charge actual shipping cost + $1 on all orders.
Residential delivery costs about $2 more per order than delivery to a commercial address. 

We ship U.P.S. ground delivery and U.S.P.S. (U.S. Mail).
We offer Federal Express and U.P.S. Express delivery (Next day, 2 day, and 3 day delivery) at additional cost.

Out of U.S. Shipping

1. Free shipping applies to US orders ONLY. Outside the U.S., shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
