Supports Sugar Metabolism

A new study has found that just half a teaspoon a day of cinnamon significantly reduces blood sugar levels.

Researchers at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center performed tests on diabetic volunteers that demonstrated the additional benefit of lowered blood levels of fats (total cholesterol) and "bad" cholesterol (LDL).
