About Free Radicals
Free Radicals are those nasty things that wreak havoc in your
brain and body causing the cell damage that can eventually deteriorate into
disease.
Free Radical is a term describing an unpaired electron, roaming
about seeking another electron to bond with. Free radicals often will attack the
nearest stable molecule, "stealing" its electron. When the "attacked" molecule
loses its electron, it becomes a free radical itself, beginning a chain
reaction. Once the process is started, it can cascade, finally resulting in the
disruption of a living cell.
How can you stop the action of free radicals in your body?
By taking
What antioxidants should you take?
As our bodies age, the accumulation of environmental toxins and
poor lifestyle habits leaves us vulnerable to free radical damage. The most
available antioxidants are those you get from eating plenty of fruits and
vegetables--vitamins C and E. However, with cancer, heart disease and
Alzheimer's disease on the rise every year, it is wise to supplement this vital
