Does your prescription medication give you
Heartburn occurs when the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), a muscle at
the end of the esophagus, does not open and close properly, permitting the backflow (reflux) of stomach juices into the esophagus. An
organization called The National Heartburn Alliance, devoted to helping you
alleviate heartburn, provides a list of prescription medications that may

How to break the cycle of low energy, brain fog,
If you've always had a tendency to crave sweets
right after dinner or suffer from mid afternoon slump, you are not alone.
It's estimated that 200 million Americans have the same problem. Two
hundred million is two thirds of the population in the U.S. If scientists
could test all those people, they would likely discover that they have all
or some of the following "health issues." High cholesterol, low LDL, high
triglycerides, high blood sugar, insulin resistance, chronic allergies,
recurring infections, hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies and at
least 30 pounds of excess weight.
Ginger Root
Ginger has traditionally been used to treat nausea, gas, indigestion, morning sickness, vomiting, congestion, and headaches. For indigestion ginger works to increase the pH of stomach acid, reducing its acidity and promoting digestive enzymes.
Antioxidant

The study has drawn criticism from both inside and outside the dietary supplements industry concerning the methodology applied, and the conclusions drawn.
