Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Avena sativa 2X, Passiflora incarnata 2X, Zincum valerianicum, 4X Coffea cruda 12X, 0.6 mg each in a lactose base.
Inactive ingredients: Lactose, magnesium stearate. (1X=1:10 dilution, 2X=1:100, 3X=1:1000, etc.)

Suggested Use: Adults and children above 12 years: Place 1 tablet under the tongue or in mouth and completely dissolve, three times during the evening. If sleeplessness persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to three more times. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 tablet two times during the evening. If sleeplessness persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes up to two more times. Infants and children unerd 6 years: 1/2 tablet three times during the evening. If sleeplessness persists, 1/2 tablet every 15 minutes, up to two more times.
