Enzymes
Without enzymes and co-enzymes, there would be no life!
DIGESTIVE ENZYMES | PROTEASE ENZYMES
Enzymes are the powerhouses of every cell and the human body cannot function without enzymes. Enzymes act as natural catalysts that trigger chemical reactions.
Digestive enzymes are responsible for 3 important classes
of work:
1. predigestion - d1. predigestion - digestion and
transportation of food into the small intestine
2. nutritional support -
absorption of the smaller predigested particles as nutrients for rebuilding body
tissues
3. acute/chronic support -
respiration and hormone regulation
Different digestive enzymes do different jobs.
Amylase - for
carbohydrates
Protease - for proteins
Lipase -
for fats
These products support the need for additional enzymes to promote healthy digestion:
In addition to digestive enzymes for food, there are proteolytic enzymes that break down protein substances; in other words extraneous non-living tissue, clots, cysts, and arterial plaque. To support a decline in protease enzymes that's a natural part of aging, supplement with:
